Cancellation & Business Policies

Please review our business policies before booking your appointment.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered confirmed.

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee plus applicable taxes per service booked.

2. Laser Patch Test Policy

  • A laser patch test is required for all new laser clients before beginning treatment.

  • The patch test fee is $50 plus applicable taxes. This amount will be credited toward your laser package or service total once you proceed with your laser treatments.

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • We will always do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, arriving late may affect the time available to complete your service, and completion of all booked services cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your service(s), requiring the appointment to be rescheduled, a $25 fee per service booked plus applicable taxes will apply, as this is considered less than 24 hours’ notice.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee per service booked plus applicable taxes.

5. Waxing Adjustment Policy

  • If any hair is missed during a waxing service, adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment date. Adjustments are only available within this timeframe.

  • Requests made after 7 days will be considered a new service appointment and regular service charges will apply.

6. Members-Only Policy

  • For members, appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $20 fee plus applicable taxes.
